I'll check the infirmary, but I doubt they'd have one - probably the best place to look would be a hospital. Not sure if scanning for chips is covered by the NHS, though.

He wasn't much of a mentor. Wouldn't even get on a bloody plane to go on our bloody mission.

It is a bit sad that he can't learn to trust technology, but he's far from the only one in the world.
