Mexico. Apparently he crashed there and then his ship was stolen by a covert Mexican group and we helped him go get it back. We managed to recruit him though - not that he can go anywhere when covert group stole the engine to his ship.

[then there's a beat.]

There's a catch though. He didn't come through the Veil.
