[ since july 7th! almost three months of long time! thanks to being stuck in backdating hell... ] She has seen better days. But the storm, for the moment, seems to have quieted.

[ and, well, spike did say the drakenet hijacking had been dealt with, so she'll just have to trust this is secure as lines go. ] We're supposed to be heading back to New Orleans to continue our investigation pretty soon here, as I understand it. Turns out the firing was not so fire-like.

That is very good news! I should not have felt as comfortable working with others of your organization so much... You all have such a good understanding of our situation for having seen what you have seen already.

[ she does sound a little pleased with that fact because AWWW BRO. and he sounds like he's doing better, too, which is nice. like maybe he hasn't spent three months crying into his cheerios over jade. maybe two months. ] Would it be easier for you to meet us in the good ol' U.S. of A? I can figure out our projected arrival and get you a date that's hopefully a little more narrowed down than "soon."
