We have some uh... assets that are a little too big and / or illegal to bring via plane...

I should have assumed Jeanne didn't thoroughly report it.

Just some armored and weaponized field-ready vehicles, and a high-payload improvised explosive device Elena and I made. It could... probably level a city block, so I'm sure we'll find a good use for it someday. Wasn't extremely practical for use inside these big cities, though.

And, no - I mean Elena, duh. She's like, the Pelé of improvised explosive devices, if that's a thing, which I can only assume it emphatically is.
