[Scout is in the garage, with cars visible behind her. Her voice echoes off the garage walls a little. She seems cheerful, but sharp viewers might pick up on some nervousness.]

Hello, Knights. It's the new squire with the long name. You can call me Scout.

I'm here because I want to learn how to drive a car. Now, I've done my homework. I know here it's only legal if you're seventeen or above. Where I'm from we don't keep such strict track of people's ages, so I don't know exactly how old I am. It could be sixteen, could be seventeen. The point is I don't have a birthdate here or identification to point to it on, so I'm not sure any of the local driving schools would accept me - besides, they're a bit far away.

'Course, I'm not a total stranger to this. I was trained in how to handle vehicles of roughly similar size and shape, though with completely different performances. I've studied the Highway Code and I know what does what from the driver's seat. Your Internet's been useful.

But it can't substitute for experience. Is there anyone around HQ who'd mind helping me out? [She smiles.]

Afraid I can't help you much there. But once you do learn, do you think you could teach me?

So as long as we don't drive into the water, we'll be fine. Right?
