[  you might have guessed this was coming, failboaters.  in the wake of the concert tragedy, wynn contacts each of you individually, and asks you to conduct a private video conference with him as a debrief of the events that transpired.   and also to check in on everyone, because that was... traumatic.

[ wynn must be able to see through it, because his tone is sympathetic, not in the least bit threatening. ] Sir Odair. I'm glad to hear that you and your teammates survived the other night's ordeal.

[Spike looks grumpy and annoyed, though that's... kind of his general state of being. It honestly isn't personal. Except that he can't get over the vague feeling that he's in trouble whenever Wynn calls. Doesn't stop him from.... being an asshole. But he's a defensive asshole.]

The concert. [She says simply, nodding and letting her gaze drop to the flywacket in her lap.] And I'm sure you've heard of Jade's fate in the time since?

[ he doesn't seem thrown off in the least by her flippancy. ] Usually, Sir Ironsides would handle your mission debriefings, however, as you might imagine, these are unique circumstances.

I'd like to discuss your role in the events of the other night.

You mean the concert. What about it?

[Archer flicks the little screen on.]

...This thing on? Oh, there. Hey buddy, how's things?

Sir Archer. [ he nods a greeting ] If you're available, I'd like to conduct your debriefing in regards to the events of the concert.

Uh... Sure thing. Just a sec.
[He disappears for a moment, returning with a fresh Bloody Mary in hand.]

Not much to debrief, though, seeing as it was apparently all over the TVs.
[He takes a sip of his drink.]

Some asshole grabbed the girl, so I took him out.
Then that guy... uh... Double-D, pulled a gun on Italy for some reason - so I took care of him.

Pretty uneventful, actually. One hostile dead, a few friendlies beat up a bit, but they'll be fine.

[ Dawn can't help that feeling of 'oh crap' that washes over her. It's not like she can avoid this or pretend this isn't happening. This is what comes with the job, right? Fun, swashbuckling adventures that instead turn into utter shit and people die. It's the job. ]
